The general terms and conditions of business and use of the online store https://www.rwomusic.com/ are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.
The online store is managed by the company RWM, Production and sales, event organization, Živa Mori s.p., Živa Mori s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”). The company is registered at the administrative unit of Maribor, registration authority Ajpes, branch office Maribor, date of registration 6.11.2019. Registration number: 8544875000, the company is not liable for VAT, VAT number: 93654944, the director of the company is Živa Mori.
The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The online store operates and concludes contracts in Slovene and / or English with adults or persons over 18 years of age. The online store has the right to change the terms of business by updating this post. Such changes to the terms and conditions are binding on the user. The offer of goods, which is published in the online store, is valid until the announcement of the cancellation of the offer or until the stock is sold out.
By confirming the order, the user is acquainted with the general terms and conditions, personal data protection and legal notice.
The prices of products in the online store are stated in euros (€). VAT is not calculated on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the Value Added Tax Act.
The online price is valid when buying in the online store.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order, may change daily and do not have a predetermined validity.
Prices are guaranteed for the day of the order and are subject to change daily without prior notice.
Prices are valid under the above conditions. Incorrect price information may occur or the price may change during order processing. In this case, the buyer is given access to the purchase and is offered a solution that will be satisfactory to both parties.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
An invoice with the purchase specification is enclosed in the package with the ordered goods.
The customer can place an order via the online store, e-mail or phone. To avoid misunderstandings in communication, we recommend that orders be placed via the website or in writing via email. We guarantee the accuracy of written orders. However, we do not accept any responsibility for telephone orders.
Orders in the online store are considered irrevocable and will be executed. After placing an electronic order, the consumer can withdraw within 24 hours on the basis of a notice of withdrawal to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
All product orders are subject to the availability of products and other materials. In case of problems with delivery, we reserve the right to delay delivery, two to three weeks. In the event of a current sale of the product, the provider and the buyer agree on a later delivery date.
WITHDRAWAL FROM ORDER AND REFUND
The consumer may, within 15 days of receiving the goods, notify in writing that he is withdrawing from the order, without stating the reasons for his decision. A message is considered timely if it is delivered on time. The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 15 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order.
Upon receipt of the goods and finding that it is undamaged and in unaltered form, the company returns all payments made to the consumer in accordance with the law. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the order is the direct cost of shipping (receiving and returning the goods).
When returning the goods, the consumer also sends an invoice for the goods and personal data and a transaction account to which he wants the payment to be returned.
As a provider, we strive to ensure timely and correct publication of data. It may happen that due to the change in prices, it may happen that the information on the website is still uncorrected. In this case, we notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the order.
The provider is not responsible for the content of opinions on articles written by visitors. The provider changes before publishing the review and rejects those that contain obvious untruths, are misleading or offensive. The provider is not responsible for the information in the opinions and disclaims any liability arising from the information in the opinions.
Although we strive to provide accurate photographs of the products sold, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. The photos do not guarantee the properties of the product.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail.
The bidder will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days and inform the buyer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
FORM OF PAYMENT
The online store provides a method of payment by bank transfer to the account of the manager Živa Mori s.p. (according to the offer / proforma invoice) or payment with VISA, MASTERCARD payment cards. For the amount of the commission for payment by bank transfer, ask the bank through which you make the payment. Payment is also possible via PayPal account or credit card.
After confirming the order, you will receive an estimate by e-mail (with a delay) when your order is reviewed and confirmed. The proforma invoice must be paid within 3 working days of receipt, otherwise the order will be canceled. When the proforma invoice is fully settled, you will receive the ordered goods. If the pro forma invoice is paid in part, the goods remain the property of Živa Mori s.p. until further notice.
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. The products in the online store are in stock and ready for delivery. There may be an immediate sale of stock, which extends the delivery time. After the purchase is made and the order is confirmed, the buyer receives a pro forma invoice by e-mail, for which the deadline is 3 days. Once the payment is settled, the product goes into delivery. Delivery time is up to 5 to 14 working days. In case of sale of stock, the delivery time is extended in accordance with the delivery time of the manufacturer or by two to three weeks. In the event that the product is no longer in regular sale, customers will be notified and this order will be deleted.
As a provider, we reserve the right to choose any delivery service through which delivery will take place the fastest and most efficiently. Delivery is world wide. Delivery will be made to your address specified in the order. The day before delivery, you will receive an e-mail or telephone notification of the approximate delivery time and offer you the option to change it.
Delivery costs depend on the destination country. Delivery in Slovenia is € 9.90. In case of sending to Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, the postage is 20 euros. Postage to Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands is 30 euros. Postage to Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, France, Great Britain, Lithuania, Latvia and Ireland is 40 euros. Postage to Estonia, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and Finland is 50 euros. Postage to Canada and US is 130 euros. In all other postage is 70 or 130 euros. These prices are for bigger products, the prices for smaller products are lower.

RETURN OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Inspect the received goods immediately and in the presence of a delivery service person. All subsequent complaints of damage to the goods are taken into account only exceptionally by the delivery service and cannot be resolved by the bidder on their behalf. Enter any damage in the minutes, which the delivery person is obliged to sign.
In the event that the package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. To do this, contact their center and get any further instructions.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We are aware that the privacy of visitors and customers in our online store comes first. Therefore, we guarantee 100% protection and security of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.
